All 8th grade students and their parents from the surrounding communities are invited to attend the Erskine Academy 8th Grade Open House on Wednesday, March 1 at 6:30 pm in the gym. The administration strongly encourages all incoming freshmen and their parents to attend this event as registration materials will be available and information about the course selection process will be provided. In the case of inclement weather, a snow date of Thursday, March 2 has been set. Parents who are unable to attend this event are asked to contact the Guidance Office at 445-2964 to request registration materials.

Accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Erskine Academy has a remarkable heritage of educating area youth, primarily from local communities with high school choice – Chelsea, China, Jefferson, Palermo, Somerville, Vassalboro, Whitefield, Windsor. Our broad academic program addresses a wide range of needs, abilities, and aspirations, and includes: Special Education, Academic Assistance, Jobs for Maine Graduates, Advanced Placement, and Dual Enrollment courses with nearby colleges. Admission is open to those who have completed the eighth grade and can benefit from our programs.
