David Orbeton of Wicked Sharp will be holding a knife sharpening work at the Gardiner Food Co-op & Cafe. This event is open to everyone. Members of The Co-op will get their fsharpened for free. Knives only for this workshop, no garden tools or scissors.

Please do not bring uncovered knives into the store. David has been sharpening for Chef's, restaurants and home cooks for 40 years. You can find him at farmers' markets, special events and at his shop in South Portland. David does not grind your knife. Very little metal is removed in the process. All of his work is guaranteed to be Wicked Sharp and covered by insurance.
