CHAKRADANCE™ With Claire Guy

Get in touch with and help balance your chakra system. Chakradance™ is a journey inward reconnecting you to your true self. We do this with spontaneous dance, specific music, guided imagery and mandala art to journey through the chakra system. The music resonates deeply with each chakra, which frees and energizes you. Many who have experience Chakradance claim it is transformational.

Each week will focus on one chakra which means this is a 7 week class. Dress comfortably, bring water, an open mind and dance like no one is watching.
