Gardiner Public Library Celebrates Community Archives Room Dedication

The library is having a party! Come join the Gardiner Library Association as it celebrates the completion of the renovation of the interior space of the library.

Over the past few years, the library has renovated the Children's Room exposing the original floor and vaulted ceiling, and has done renovations to the main floor that included a new HVAC system and better lighting. This past year, the library finished the Community Archives Room by making it water resistant, extending the HVAC system and creating a better research space.

Please come and help them celebrate with some introductory words from mayor Thom Harnett and Kirk Mohney, Director of Maine Historic Preservation Commission.
