Maine's Capital Area

This guided relaxation practice gives you permission to rest, restore and tap into new sources of energy. This is not a physical movement class. There is nothing required of you but to lie back and listen. The practice has been found to reduce tension and anxiety, and can be practiced by anyone.

This class is FREE for cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Offered by Maine General Healthy Living Resource Center.
