Essential Oils Aromatherapy Class Offered At Co-op
The Gardiner Co-op is offering a free essential oils aromatherapy class open to all. Mary Fessenden of Mary's Therapies will cover a brief history of aromatherapy, using oils safely, and the ten "essential" essential oils for every home. She will demonstrate how to use them safely and more effectively.
