Melissa Walden

Melissa joined the Chamber in October 2021 as the Membership & Development Manager. She is a University of Maine graduate who previously spent six years working as a Development Manager for the American Lung Association managing large-scale events including the Trek Across Maine.

Melissa is responsible for the recruitment and retention of Chamber members. Her role also includes educating members about the benefits of membership including sponsorship and advertising opportunities. Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors. When she’s not in the office you can find her mountain biking, hiking or camping. Melissa is the owner of Melissa Walden Photography, a local business that offers branding and portrait photography.
