Position Summary:
We seek a customer-focused, organized individual to serve as a Lobby Customer Ambassador. This individual will play a key role in supporting our lobby operations by guiding customers through the initial steps of service, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, and helping to create an efficient and positive experience for all visitors when they get to the customer service window.

Requirements
•Greet and assist customers with paperwork and application forms.
•Ensure customers complete all required documents before proceeding to a service window.
•Maintain a well-stocked lobby with current forms, manuals, and informational materials.
•Fax necessary forms and paperwork to the main office to support transaction processing.
•Periodically circulate through the lobby and make announcements to ensure customers check in at the information booth or triage in locations without information booths.
•Educate customers on online service options, particularly for renewals and duplicates, to help reduce wait times.
•Direct returning customers to the next available service window.
