The Harlow Gallery, in partnership with Slates Restaurant, invite the public to a benefit concert for the gallery as part of Slates’ Monday Night Concert Series. The event is on Monday, February 20th, beginning at 8:15pm at Slates’ Restaurant, 169 Water Street in Hallowell. Tickets are $25 each and are available by calling Slates Restaurant at 207-622-9575
Katie Daggett of Slates describes the evening of music as follows: “We have a great night of music planned for this benefit concert for our long-time neighbors, the Harlow Gallery. Singer/Songwriter Anna Pillsbury will start off the evening performing songs from her upcoming EP Anna’s songs draw inspiration from folk and pop genres and give listeners an authentic snapshot into her life while showcasing her honesty and playful sense of humor.
For the second part of the evening local musicians/poets gather to pay tribute to the music of the late, great Leonard Cohen. Jacob Allen, Robby Coffin, Katie Daggett, Marcia Gallagher, Bruce Mayo, to name a few, will perform their Leonard Cohen favorites. Sure to be an amazing night!

The Harlow Gallery, home of the Kennebec Valley Art Association, is a membership based 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to connecting and celebrating art, artists and community in downtown historic Hallowell since 1963.
