The Importance of Self Defense

In the course of a woman’s life, she may encounter an experience in which she must defend herself. Regardless of your age, ability, or socioeconomic status, self defense is a paramount skill. Rebecca Pushard, a Women’s Self Defense Instructor and a 4th degree Black belt, will be joining us to share some practical self defense tips.
