Young at Art is on view March 7 - 24th , 2018 with a public reception on Saturday, March 10th from 11am to 3:30pm. During this exhibition students from kindergarten through 8th grade have t heir work on display in the professional setting of the Harlow Gallery.\nYo ung at Art will coincide with PLAY, a juried group exhibition of artwork in spired by children’s artwork, which will be on view in the upstairs gallery March 7-24, 2018 with an opening reception on Friday, March 9, 5-7pm.\nEac h year the Harlow Gallery invites art teachers from elementary and middle s chools from throughout the greater Augusta area to select their best studen t art to showcase in this community celebration of talented art students an d of the importance of arts in education. 2018 marks the second year that t he gallery is integrating homeschool student artwork in the Young at Art ex hibit. Please join us in celebrating the youngest artists in our community - families with children especially encouraged to attend.\nDue to the high volume of visitors for the opening reception for Young at Art, the Gallery asks that participating artists and their families attend according to the following schedule.
