This year, National Emergency Medical Services Week, initiated by President Gerald Ford in 1974, is May 20-27. The 2018 theme is EMS Strong - Stronger Together.

National Emergency Medical Services Week brings together local communities and medical personnel to publicize safety and honor the dedication of those who provide the day-to-day lifesaving services of medicine's "front line."

This year, Delta will KickOff the Celebration for the community at our Waterville Station, 29 Chase Avenue, Waterville, May 19, 11AM-5PM.

There will be equipment displays from many various departments and organizations. Equipment such as Kennebec County EMA's communication trailer, Delta's Specialty Support trailer, the Seat-belt Convincer, Rescue apparatus and more - as well as a bounce house for the kiddos, a day-long cookout, music, Mix 107 live radio broadcast, Delta Station tours and more. This event is Free and we hope to see you there.
