Join us at the Viles Arboretum for an open house half an hour ahead of the regularly scheduled yoga class.  There will be wine and snacks and a raffle basket and for all new participants, your first class is free!  The open house will be on April 4 – Wednesday beginning at 5:00 PM.  Yoga class begins at the regularly scheduled time of 5:30 and continues till 6:45. Sure to relax you and put your frame of mind on a positive and healthy track.  Classes are held in the Viles Arboretum Visitors Center.  We are exceptionally lucky to have Peggy Baird, certified yoga instructor offering this weekly program. Peggy just returned from a month-long yoga centered trip to India.
